1924	-It was established under the name of KAyseri Bünyan carpe thread factory T.A.Ş in order to meet the clemand of carpet thread of Kayseri around.
1927-1932	-Kayseri Bünyan carpetthread factory T.A.Ş was under taken into enterprise, worked as a partnership of industry and maadin bank.
1932	-It was turned over to goverment industry office
1933	-It joined to sumerbank woolen industry institution.
1976	-Rearrengement and renew invesment.
1976-1980	-Worked as a part of the official woolen industry institution.
1980	-It was changed into an institution by the decision of formation Board Directors.
1983	-Pertek carpet thread administration was joined to the institution, soldier training clothing, wool and mohair blanket Priduction was added.
1985	It was name changed into carpet and blanket industry institution.

   30 October 1997- the association working under the name of sümer Holding company A.Ş. Bünyan industry Adminitration was made a Bünteks woolen Textile industry and commerce A.Ş
     Sümer holding join-sstock company of Bünyan industry manegement was made Private enterprised in 30-10-1997 by Turkish goverment and our company bought in this date.
     Our companyS quality doesn't changed after private enterprised like that before 70 years. Production of popular Bünyan Angora and wool Blankets and şoyak clothes are continue as the same quality.
